Top Easy Dinner Meal Options From Trader Joe’s

Life can get hectic and that’s why I’ve put together this list of easy meals for dinner to make your evenings a little bit easier.

Meat Lasagna- When I’m not in the mood to make my own pan of lasagna this is my go-to and any leftovers go off to school with my kid for lunch. Add some organic Trader Joe’s garlic bread and a bag of salad, dinner is served.

Japanese Rice- We took a chance with this Japanese rice and it did not disappoint. Our favorite way to eat it is with BBQ-cut salmon. The BBQ-cut salmon also makes life easier, it’s already cut into individual pieces for you, 2-3 pieces per pack. If fish is not your thing grab the Korean beef Bulgogi, it’s so so good!

Teriyaki Beef Skirt Steak- Yum! Yum! Throw these teriyaki beef skirt steak pieces on the grill or a grill cast-iron skillet and serve it with corn and white rice. I like to use a rice cooker so I can set it and forget it but if you don’t have a cast-iron skillet or rice cooker, just use what you have.

Penne Pasta- If you’re feeding more than 2 people you’ll need at least 2 bags of Penne pasta. Add some chicken sausage and a Caesar salad kit. For the sausage, you can remove the casing or leave it and cut it into slices.

Tacos- One of the easiest of the bunch. Hard shell tacos, ground turkey, and a few good toppings.

Shawarma Chicken Thighs- Another quick and easy meal for dinner is Shawarma chicken thighs, pita bread, and tzatziki. Add some grilled peppers if you like.

Lemon Rosemary Chicken- This rosemary chicken doesn’t stand a chance in our house, ever. It’s a weekly rotation for us and between the three of us there’s nothing left. Potatoes and shredded cabbage make it a hardy meal.

Tikka Masala- Trader Joe’s surprised me with this one. The Tikka Masala Curry sauce goes perfectly with boneless, skinless chicken breast or shrimp. I’ve made it in the oven with chicken and the crock-pot, add some veggies like string beans and rice.

Pizza- Who doesn’t love pizza? It’s a good Friday night meal and a great one to get the kids involved. Everyone can make their own. Add whatever toppings you like.

Desserts- To top your meal off grab some Brookies (cake + brownies) and Chocolate Chunk cookie dough.
