Where To Stay In London For Couples

Hoxton

The Hoxton is a great option for first-time visitors to London. It’s a trendy hotel in Shoreditch. Lots of local restaurants, including curry houses within walking distance. Old Street tube station is just blocks away, so it made getting from point A to point B easier.

The rooms are on the smaller side, but no surprise there, right?

The Hari

On holiday we routinely change hotels to get a different feel of a city and what it has to offer.

We moved on over to The Hari in the Knightsbridge neighborhood. The Hari is a little gem of luxury! It’s within walking distance of some popular attractions and many luxury boutique stores.

Take A Walking Tour

There are a few different group tours to choose from but they are all guided tours which also gives you an opportunity to ask your guide about recommended hotspots around the city or good local dining.

Afternoon Tea

Is it even possible to visit London without an afternoon tea experience? If you want to enjoy a true British experience, afternoon tea is a great British tradition to do this.

We got all dolled up and headed to Claridge’s for champagne afternoon tea. Plan for a few hours of eating a variety of tea sandwiches, scones, pastries and a plethora of teas to select from.
